Help us to bring peace to bullys, victims, and inmates. Words can heal and words can destroy.
We are a not-for-profit non-denominational organization calling all people to active peace.
Please join in for MEDITATION / Pray for Peace. Do not wait,
meditate on this frequently.
Together, we can make peace happen!
It’s no secret that our thoughts, words, and deeds have
far-reaching consequences. Individually and collectively, we have the
power to heal the world or to destroy it.
As you meditate, calm yourself. Look deep inside yourself and be aware
of any negative thoughts you may be harboring. Let them go, and focus
on spreading the energy of love and peace.
“We must use time wisely and forever realize that the time is
always ripe to do right.” – Nelson Mandela
“…the first thing is to be honest with yourself.
You can
never have an impact on society if you have not changed
yourself….Great peacemakers are all people of integrity, of
honesty, and humility.” – Nelson Mandela
It's true. World Peace truly begins with each and every one of us. My
name is Marion Rosenberg, a woman in her 70s, and World Peace has been
a dream of mine for years. Quotation by Buddha: "To conquer one's self
is a greater task than conquering others." I have seen many wars in my
lifetime, and each has been more destructive than the one before. I am
being guided to communicate that there is a way to bring peace to our
World.
With a worldwide effort, and by working together, all children and
future generations should be able to live in a safe world and grow up
surrounded by love rather than fear. Think of the difference that would
make!
There has been so much dialogue about peace. What we need now is to
come together, no matter where we are, in Meditation / Prayer. We are
appealing to people of all faiths. Belief in God is not required. What
is required is our desire for World Peace and our willingness to
meditate.
Hatred, prejudice and avarice cause war. To put an end to this
unnecessary evil, we must do our best to let go of these feelings
within ourselves. Let us accept those who have worldviews, opinions,
cultures, skin color or life styles that are different from our own.
Let us open our hearts and minds. That is the beginning of Peace on
Earth.
We can do this. Think of the outpouring of love and aid that came from
all over the world to help the countries affected by Hurricane Katrina
in 2005 and the December 2004 Tsunami. Think of the prayers and support
the United States received from all over the world after 9/11. Does
this not prove that people can pull together?
It begins with us. We must look within ourselves and ask the tough
questions:
Am I harboring feelings or anger,
prejudice or even hatred?
Can I release my feelings of envy, anger and prejudice and accept
people for who they are?
Do I respect myself and others?
Can I forgive those whom I feel have slighted or injured me in some
way?
We want to thank all those who have so courageously served their country. You have risked your lives and have been face-to-face with the devastation of warfare.
